Submitting a contact form or requesting a provisional appointment online does not automatically establish a binding dentist-patient relationship.
Such professional healthcare relationship is established only once the patient attends our clinic, is welcomed by our clinical staff, has an official record opened, and undergoes an individualized diagnostic evaluation.
To maintain the highest quality of clinical care and respect the time of our dental team and fellow patients, the following guidelines apply:
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours advance notice. This allows that time slot to be offered to a patient experiencing acute pain or in need of urgent care.
We recommend arriving 10 minutes prior to your scheduled time. After an unexcused delay of 15 minutes, the clinic reserves the right to reschedule the appointment to avoid delaying subsequent patients.
Appointments requested online receive a confirmation call from our front desk team.
The online booking system is not intended for life-threatening emergencies or severe acute pain requiring immediate attention.
In cases of severe pain, post-extraction bleeding, or dental trauma with tooth fracture, please call our emergency line immediately at +1 (555) 911-7775 or visit our care facility.
Prices, promotional fees, and base costs displayed online or shared over the phone are orientative estimates. Every patient's oral anatomy and bone structure is unique.
The definitive clinical estimate, required number of visits, and specific materials will be determined following an in-person clinical exam and necessary radiographs. No procedure will begin without the delivery and patient approval of that estimate.
